Site Rights
Your right to use the Site is subject to any limitations, conditions, and restrictions set forth by Accutel Conferecing Inc. Accutel Conferencing Inc. reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discountinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including the availability of any Site feature, database, or content.
Accutel Conferencing Inc. may also impose limitations on features and aspects of the Site that may include restrictions to parts or to the entire Site without notice or liability.
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Accutel Conferencing Inc. reserves the right to refuse to grant you an Account, determined at the sole discretion of Accutel Conferencing Inc.
Proprietary Rights
Accutel Conferencing Inc. owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Site. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Accutel Conferencing Inc. and its licensors. Information, including content, distributed or posted by Accutel, or our partners may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to any of the aforementioned parties
You agree not to modify, copy, or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express written permission of the owner of such information.
Except for information that is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Accutel Conferencing Inc. be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site, even if Accutel Conferencing Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Accutel's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Accutel for the Site during the term of membership.

In addition, because Accutel Conferencing Inc. has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Accutel Conferencing Inc. is not responsible for the availability of such external resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Prior to use of these sites, it is recommended that you review the site's terms of use/service agreements and privacy policy.
Governing Law
This Agreement is entered into effect in the province of Ontario, Canada. You agree that the laws of the province of Ontario will govern it and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the province of Ontario and the federal courts applicable within the province. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not govern this Agreement. You acknowledge that you do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Site to anyone. Accutel Conferencing Inc. reserves the right to assign this Agreement or our rights to a service, and if Accutel Conferencing Inc. does so, it is relieved of any liability.
The parties specifically agree that the performance of this Agreement, in all its aspects, does not take place outside the jurisdiction of the province of Ontario, Canada.
Accutel Conferencing Inc. reserves the right to update and modify this Agreement from time to time.
Your use of Accutel Conferencing Inc. website at www.accutel.com and its related services and software products is conditioned upon your compliance and acceptance of these terms. By selecting the 'I ACCEPT THE TERMS IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT' button below, installatin, copying or otherwise using software of services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement and the 'Terms and Conditions' posted on the Accutel.com website.
