in order to respond to your Audio and Web Conferencing requests;

to send you confirmation codes indicating the services you requested and/or paid for;

Calculation of Chargeable Time

¤ The duration of each call for bill purposes is calculated on a per second basis. Fractional cents will be rounded off to the nearest cent using natural rounding. For example, $0.010 - $0.014 is rounded down to $0.01, $0.015 - $0.019 is rounded up to $0.02

Customer's Liability for all Costs and Charges

The Customer shall be liable for all local and toll charges associated with their service, including unauthorized calls associated with the use of the service obtained from the Company, including, but not limited to, calls made using the service when such calls are in any way routed through the Customer's location. Customers shall maintain sole responsibility for the security of their Local and Toll free access issued to them.

Changes to this Policy

¤ Accutel Conferencing Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy from time to time as new products, services, or technologies become available.
