Operator Assistance - *0 Key
Conduct your conference call with the reassurance that an
Operator can immediately respond to any requirement
you may have. *0 reaches an Operator at any time during your
conference call. |

Record/Playback - *1 Key (Host Only)
Digitally records the conference for immediate availability
after the call. This feature is ideal for guests unable to attend the
live conference. Listeners dial into a toll-free or toll number
anytime they choose, dial in a conference number and instantly
the Playback will begin. |

Mute/Unmute Lines - Toggle *4
Guests have the flexibility of muting and unmuting their lines when participating in a conference call. This is often needed to eliminate background noise.
Mute/Unmute Conference – Toggle *5 (Host Only)
As the Host you have the ability to mute all of the guest lines, allowing the Host to speak to everyone connected without interruptions. |

Conference Lock – Toggle *7 (Host Only)
Pressing *7 will secure the conference and block all other callers attempting to enter the conference - pressing *7 again will re-open the conference to all caller joining. |

Host Disconnect – Toggle *8 (Host Only)
When this feature is activated it will disconnect the guest when the host disconnects. This is a security feature that does not allow the guests to stay on the line after the host has left. |
